The Phoenix Awakes
The big one is here!
According to the Human design system, a shift in the background frequency starting on 15th February 2027 at 22:10 UTC heralds a new era for humanity.
The most important date in Human Design deserves a big gathering! We will retreat together with our HD crew to mark this turning of the biggest cycle.
For a few days before the shift we will honour the crosses of Planning and Maya - acknowledging all that they have brought us and preparing ritual offerings to place in the fire.
On the evening of the 15th of February we will build a fire and offer these symbols of the closing era to the flames.
For the next two days we will welcome the crosses of the Sleeping Phoenix and Penetration. Exploring the incoming energies and creating little totems to carry with us into the new era.

*This retreat is probably not really suitable for complete beginners to Human Design, I would recommend that you have been actively in your experiment for at least 3 years and have a good grasp of the language of the system generally.
Sleeping Phoenix Vibes
Maybe there will be a lot of Sleeping required. Perhaps putting down the passing era will involve rest and release of the energies as they live in our bodies.
You can't let the new in, without first letting the old out.
As always on my retreats there will also be...
Gentle movement practices to refine our ability to sense bio-feedback & to release stuck energy patterns in the bodymind.
Meditation & relaxation to deepen into restful presence.
Group circles to connect to each other and ourselves
Nature Walks and Quiet/Private time because it's lovely
Recommended digital detox to reset our dopamine receptors.

Not Included...
Travel to and from the venue (Nearest town is Skipton, North Yorkshire. Trains to Skipton, Flights to Leeds Bradford) - We can facilitate car-share nearer the time for participants coming from similar places.

Sleeping Options
There are 5 bedrooms with space for maximum 12 people.

2 x Twin Rooms. £1010 per person

2 x Bring Your Own Campervan spaces (Suitable for up to a Sprinter size) £760
Most rooms share a bathroom with the room next-door. There are 6 bathrooms in total. Eco-Toiletries are provided (Shampoo, Conditioner & Body wash).
Note - a couple of the shared rooms have one king sized bed and one/two singles, I will allocate the King to the first person booked into that room, or if you're booking as friends, you can figure that out for yourself.
If you want to personally choose your room, go to the Healthy Home website and if it's not already booked you can have it.

Why I love the 'Healthy Home' venue
Gina & Morel are as obsessed with the energetics of wellness as I am. They have designed this incredible home to be a healing haven. There are crystals and angels holding the space in every corner. The walls are curved and soft. The decor is homey, cosy and welcoming. The Feng Shui is off the charts!
Just being here, before we even ‘do’ anything, has a profoundly calming effect on bodymindspirit.
I have held retreats here for over a decade and I know it has the energetic capacity to hold space for the work we will do.
